Returns and exchanges
Thank you for shopping at Agerasia, We strive to bring to you the very best product however on the unfortunate event where you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase we are here to help you.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonable foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Returns
We give our customers 30 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Please make sure the item is in its original packaging, with all labels untouched, unmarked. All containers sealed.
You must email the receipt or proof of purchase to info@agerasia.com.au
Please note there are exceptions to guarantees. Consumer guarantees do not apply if youhave simply changed your mind on the product, found a cheaper item elsewhere or decided you did not like the purchase or have no use for it. Misused a product in any way which caused the problem
Refunds
Once we receive the item, we will inspect it is in its original condition with no damage and completely in its original packaging, unmarked or damaged before we notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
The timing of this return is solely dependant on your card issuer’s policies, it can take a certain amount of days.
Shipping
If in transit your delivery of a package has damaged the contents please contact us at info@agerasia.com.au. We will try our very best to solve any problems where we can. It is your responsibility to meet the costs of returning the goods to us, these costs are the same as our flat rate shipping costs and will be emailed to you for reference. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
